Diana and Teresa are long-time supervisors who have been vocal advocates, tough coaches and experts of advice-giving through their years of working with students. They’ve helped spread the program to other Lucile Packard departments and have supported students through staff transitions. They have created a variety of processes and tools to help better manage student workflow and help students get the training they need.
