Students Attend Social Justice Event in San Jose

Last Saturday two Cristo Rey students and  three faculty/staff members attended a really important workshop about human trafficking in the South Bay.  It was sponsored by County of Santa Clara Office of Women's Policy, the DA'soffice of Santa Clara, the South Bay Coalition to end Human Trafficking and the Diocese of San Jose.  It was informational, educational, and empowering - ending with a Call to Action by students from Bellarmine and another student group made up of public high school students called Interact District 5170.  We look forward to educating our community about the red lights of human/sex trafficking.
