Study Team
The Founders Circle enlisted the services of a dedicated group of local community leaders under the leadership of Joseph Khanh Bui Russo. Each member of the team was chosen for the unique qualifications that they brought to the feasibility study process. Founders Circle members Dan McCallin and Davide Vieira oversaw the Feasibility Study Team that adopted the name Team Spiritu Sancto.
